We're not starting from scratch (I'd never do that to you)
Your Claude has been sitting in your business for months. It knows your frameworks, your client patterns, the questions you answer on repeat. That's product research you already did.
The new wAIv connector links your Claude directly to your wAIv creator account. So instead of rebuilding your expertise from a blank platform, you transfer it. Claude maps what to build, then ports it straight into wAIv where it becomes gated, subscribable and yours.
It's a proper MCP connector, so if you've linked Claude to anything before, you know the drill: Settings, Connectors, done. What lands on the other side is a bot squad: a team of AI assistants, each trained on one piece of your method.
Bring the GPTs you already built. We’ll transfer them live.
OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs on December 11. If you built one that actually moved the needle in your business, you have about a month to find it a new home.
Here’s the part that catches people: OpenAI’s own “migrate to plugin” button lands your GPT in a private plugin. Your sharing settings don’t come with it and the people using it don’t get access. Fine for a tool you run yourself. Useless for anything you sell.
And of course you started with a custom GPT. For two years it was the only thing available to an expert who wanted to hand a client something smart. You built in the right direction. The container was never built for selling.
November 10 is one month before the lights go out. Bring your folders.
Open each GPT, copy the instructions into a doc, download the knowledge files. One folder per bot. Ten minutes and your work is safe no matter what you decide to do with it.
Hand the folders to Claude and run the Playbook skill. It reads across all of them at once, flags where your framework contradicts itself, drops the dead CTAs pointing at offers you retired two years ago and splits the pile into bots with one clear job each.
The connector ports the whole squad into wAIv. Gated, subscribable, under your brand, with an access switch you control.
At the last Lab I did this live with two of my own retiring GPTs, Valerie and Sarah. They came out the other side as a three-bot squad with sharper jobs than either one had on its own, and Claude caught the broken sales pitch I’d buried in Valerie’s instructions back when I was still KS&Co. Two GPTs in, one protected squad out.
What the heck is a bot squad?
Fair. It's a term we made up because nothing else described it. One bot is an assistant. A squad is a team, and they talk to each other.
Meanwhile, I'm over here like Gretchen Wieners advocating for "fetch."
Bot squads elevate your client experience. Instead of having to learn your frameworks, they skip to the application with your trained AI tools. Faster results, less friction and more strategy and nuance from you.
Your protected AI product is 3 steps away
Run the Playbook skill
We built a Claude skill (obv) to make this process super simple. Run it in your own Claude ahead of time and it maps your expertise into a complete squad blueprint. Ten minutes, done from your couch. Got Custom GPTs? Export them first and feed them straight in.
Connect Claude to wAIv
The magic is marrying your Claude account with wAIv. You get a 14-day creator trial of our software, we link your Claude to your wAIv account together, and you don't even have to learn a new tech!
Publish your product live
Claude builds from your blueprint, the connector ports it into wAIv, and we shape it together in real time. You leave with a working, IP-protected AI product, live on wAIv and ready for clients.
We're not doing "lifetime access" anymore.
You walk in with a methodology and a Claude that already knows it. You walk out with a protected, published AI product your clients subscribe to. A better-supported experience for them, a brand-new layer of revenue for you.
Calling all AI-powered experts.

Ask me the hard ones.
Will I really walk away with a working AI product?+
Yes. Your Claude arrives with your blueprint already mapped, the connector ports it into wAIv, and we spend the session shaping and publishing your product rather than starting from zero. You leave with a full bot squad (a team of AI assistants running your method), live, protected and ready for clients.
Hold on, what's wAIv? Is this secretly a software pitch?+
Fair question, and we'd rather answer it here than surprise you at the end. wAIv is the platform we built for selling AI products. It's where your product is hosted, gated and subscribed to, the way Kajabi hosts a course. The Lab is $97, full stop. Your registration includes a 14-day wAIv creator trial so you can publish and test your product. Pricing starts at $29/month after your trial, only if you keep it live, and if you don't continue, you still own your blueprint, the Playbook skill and everything you learned.
What do I need before the workshop?+
Three things. A Claude account (a paid plan, since the connector and skills need it). The AI Product Playbook skill, which we send you at registration — run it ahead of time so your blueprint is ready. And your wAIv creator trial. Your confirmation email walks you through all three, in order, with nothing left to guess.
My methodology is complicated and pretty intuitive. Can AI really capture that?+
Not all of it, and it shouldn't. The move isn't cloning you, it's picking the one part of your process that's repeatable, structured and currently eating your time. Michelle didn't build a bot that coaches. She built one that does the research analysis so she can coach. Holly builds small on purpose, one narrow piece per bot, which is exactly why hers stay sharp. We find your piece in the first twenty minutes, and the intuitive part stays yours.
What do people charge for these?+
It varies, and I'd be lying if I gave you one number. The three patterns I see: a standalone tool sold on its own, an upgrade tier on an existing program, and a retention layer that keeps clients subscribed after a program ends.
My Custom GPTs are being retired. Can I bring them to the Lab?+
That’s exactly what the Lab is for right now. Back them up before you come: open each GPT, copy the instructions into a doc, download the knowledge files, one folder per bot. Bring the folders and we convert them together. The skill reads across all of them at once, so two or three related GPTs usually come out as one squad with sharper roles than any of them had alone. And if you’ve been eyeing OpenAI’s migrate-to-plugin button, know that it lands private and your sharing settings don’t travel with it, so it won’t work for anything you sell.
I already have Custom GPTs. Is this still for me?+
Yes, and you're further ahead than you think. Everything you built and learned in those GPTs is exactly the expertise the Playbook skill mines for your blueprint. Your instructions become bot roles, your knowledge files come across as knowledge files, and the thinking you did to make them work in the first place is the thing being protected. The question was never whether what you built works. It's whether it's protected, connected and ready to sell.
What if I can't attend live?+
Register anyway. The replay is sent within 24 hours and never expires, so you can build right alongside the recording at your own pace. The live session is where we can answer questions.
What happens to my platform trial after two weeks?+
Nothing sneaky. At the end of your 14-day trial you can continue with a paid creator account, starting at $29/month, or not. Your call, made with a working product in front of you instead of a hypothetical.
Do my clients need their own wAIv account?+
Your clients don't pay for wAIv. They pay for your product, and their access is covered under your creator account. They set up a free subscriber account to reach your bot squad, and the process is branded so they know exactly where they're landing.
What's the refund policy?+
No refunds on this digital offer. A replay is included with every registration, so if you can't make it live you'll have full access to the recording within 24 hours.
"My clients are getting through the homework faster because they can brainstorm and get examples quicker, and they're coming to the calls more prepared. Instead of spending our time figuring out what to say, we're reviewing options.
So the questions coming back to me are not I don't know where to start. We can go deeper. I've seen people work so much more in depth and more focused than they did when we were working through it as a one-off."
