Who pays for my clients' AI usage?

Do my clients need an account?
They create a free wAIv account the first time they open your squad. That's how we keep their data private and keep your access gated. They never pay us and never need ChatGPT or Claude.
How do you protect my IP and my clients' data?
Your instructions and knowledge files stay inside wAIv, and clients only ever see the output. Every client signs in with their own account, so their conversations stay private and separate from everyone else's. wAIv is built and run by Gravia Studio Inc. in Alberta, Canada. What does wAIv do with my content and my clients' data?
wAIv processes account information and the content you provide, such as prompts, files and conversations, to deliver its platform features. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. wAIv does not use customer content to train its own AI models.
How is my account protected?
wAIv includes security controls designed to help protect accounts and organization information. These include multi-factor authentication, passkeys, Google and Microsoft sign-in, login protections, audit logging and access controls intended to limit information to authorized users and organizations. Production web traffic is configured to use secure HTTPS connections.
wAIv includes security controls that support SOC 2 readiness. This does not mean wAIv is SOC 2 certified or has an independent SOC 2 report.
Which AI providers see my prompts?
When you use an AI feature, wAIv may send your prompt or submitted content to the provider needed for that feature. OpenAI and Anthropic state that API or commercial customer content is not used to train their generative models by default, unless the customer opts in to a data-sharing or model-improvement program.
Providers may retain information for safety, abuse monitoring, legal requirements or feature operation. For example, OpenAI says certain API content may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days by default, with exceptions. Retention can vary by provider, product, feature and configuration. These provider policies do not describe how wAIv stores or retains your information.

What are my privacy choices?
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used and shared, applicable retention practices, and how to request access, correction or deletion. Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless your organization has approved its use with wAIv and the relevant AI provider.
What happens after the 14 days?
Your trial rolls into your paid creator account on the card you started with. The pricing page shows exactly what that costs. You'll get reminder emails before it happens, because we'd rather you convert on purpose than by surprise. Cancelling takes about 30 seconds, no retention hoops.
Can I offer lifetime access to my AI tools?
We don't recommend it. A digital course costs you nothing to deliver after it's built. An AI tool costs something every time a client uses it. Time-boxed access (30 days, 90 days, or as long as someone's in your membership) keeps your margins healthy and gives clients a reason to dig in now.
Will the output actually sound like me?
That's the whole point. Your bots are trained on your frameworks, examples, tone and decision criteria. You encode your judgment into the tool, then test and refine until you'd stand behind every output.
Can I migrate my custom GPTs?
Absolutely! Your instructions, knowledge files and prompts transfer. Bring your strongest GPT into the trial and rebuild it as the first bot in a real squad. Do it before December 11, 2026, when custom GPTs retire.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can hold a conversation with Claude, you can build a squad. The Playbook skill asks what it needs to know, builds the bots, writes the instructions and pushes the whole thing live.
How long does it take to build my first squad?
Kelly's course-to-squad build took about fifteen minutes. Most first builds land in that range once you've got source material to point Claude at. Testing and tweaking takes a couple of hours.
What if I don't have a documented framework yet?
You still have a method. It just lives in your head instead of a folder. Point Claude at whatever you've got (a few client emails, a call recording, a rough outline) and the Playbook skill will help you shape it.
Can I edit my squad after Claude builds it?
Yes, and you should. Ask Claude for changes or edit bots directly inside wAIv. Both stay in sync.
Can my clients see the instructions behind my bots?
No. Clients get the experience your bots produce, never the instructions or knowledge files behind them. That's the whole point of the gated layer.
What if I get stuck building?
Splash covers platform questions at any hour, with infinite patience. Kelly personally answers the “is this right for my business” ones by email.
What happens to my clients' access if I cancel?
Your squad and your clients' access run as long as your subscription does. Your documented methodology outlives any platform, including ours.
