Bot Squad Bootcamp | Build and Sell Your First Bot Squad on wAIv

A live two-week buildout with the founders of wAIv · July 6 to 17

Bot Squad Bootcamp

Build and sell your first bot squad on wAIv in 2 weeks

You bring the expertise. We bring the infrastructure, the build labs and a bot squad whose entire job is helping you build yours. You leave with a protected, subscribable AI product your clients can actually use.

Say no more, I'm in $1,997 or 3 payments of $667 · 20 spots · Doors close June 28
Let's start here

You're not behind. You're early.

Let's start with something most sales pages won't tell you: you're ahead.

You've already noticed what's happening. AI commoditized information. The thing your industry used to charge for, the what, is now free and instant for anyone with a chatbot tab open.

But you also noticed what didn't get commoditized: the how. Your method. Your judgment. The way you take a client from stuck to sorted.

So you started experimenting. A custom GPT here, a Claude project there, maybe a prompt library your students genuinely love (when they can find the link). You're already doing the thing most experts in your space are still debating on LinkedIn.

Here's the only problem, and it was never you: until now, there was no good delivery infrastructure for it.

That instinct is exactly right.

AI that helps you teach and helps your clients get results, built on your expertise, is the future of online education. We'd bet the company on it. Actually, we did.

Your clients need a ChatGPT account to access the thing they bought from you.

Read that again. They paid you. Then a third-party platform stood between your client and your product, with its own login, its own subscription tiers and its own ideas about what to do with whatever gets typed into it.

On wAIv, that sentence dies. One link. Your paywall. Your brand. No ChatGPT account required, ever.

"I'd built AI tools for my clients, but they were all separate entities. Your VOC bot works all by itself, and then you have to take it over to the next bot, open up a new window, and start over. And the whole time, my frameworks were sitting inside someone else's platform. I wanted to protect my privacy, protect my clients' privacy, and have something that really helps them get their messaging done. That's what wAIv gave me."

The shift

One bot vs your bot squad

One bot

Does one job

Useful. Impressive in a demo. And then your client copies the output, opens the next tool, pastes it in and starts over. The connective tissue work is theirs to do, every single time.

A bot squad

Guides your client through your process

Your methodology as a connected journey: each bot with a defined job, shared context that carries from step to step, handoffs they never think about and your expert judgment baked into every answer.

It's the difference between handing someone a calculator and walking them through the plan.

And here's why this matters beyond the tech: it's a better experience for your clients. While your competitors are still selling course portals and PDF vaults, you're offering guided, personalized, always-available support built from your actual method. That's not keeping up. That's standing out.

New here?

Haven't heard of wAIv yet? Hi, welcome.

wAIv is a platform built by Gravia Studio for one specific person: the expert creator who wants to deliver and sell AI tools built on their own methodology. Full control over who gets in and what they pay (your clients pay you, not us). It's the infrastructure we kept waiting for someone to build. Nobody did, so we did.

Why now

Picture your September two ways.

Option A

Launch season hits, enrolment opens, delivery ramps up and "add AI to my offer" gets shoved to January. Again.

Option B

You got your bot squad on this summer (yes, that's the official terminology). You built in July, tested with real clients through a quiet August and you're organizing your September launch at a genuinely relaxed pace, with an upgraded offer and proof it works.

Ten weeks is exactly enough time. But only if the building starts now.

Come build with us!

A custom-built bot squad.
Ready to add to your next cohort.

Bot Squad Bootcamp is a two-week, done-with-you buildout inside wAIv, live with both founders. In two weeks, we help you turn your framework, program and existing AI experiments into a functional, protected, client-ready bot squad, with the structure, testing and rollout path to put it in front of real users.

Let's get your bot squad on
How it works

Two weeks. One squad.

BEFORE WE START · JUNE 29 TO JULY 4

Get organized

No big decisions, no overwhelm. Just gathering. Your build squad helps you pull every piece of your program into one place (curriculum, workbooks, frameworks, every GPT and Claude skill you've ever made) and converts it into a structured, portable backup. You walk into Week 1 with your entire body of work organized and squad-ready. Honestly? Worth the price of admission on its own, and we haven't even started yet.

Week 1 · July 6 to 10

Design Week

  • Map where AI belongs in your client experience (fair warning: this might reshape how you deliver your program, in the best way)
  • Design your AI org chart: which bots exist, what jobs they hold, who sits in the same boardroom
  • Bot Build Day: your first bots go live
Week 2 · July 13 to 17

Build Week

  • Your bots become a squad, and the answers get noticeably smarter the moment shared context kicks in. Our favourite jaw-drop of the program
  • Test your squad as your own first subscriber
  • Set up access and payment, write your launch messaging and graduate Friday with your squad live

"I teach messaging to expert-based business owners, and it used to take three months to do this work. Since building my bot squad on wAIv, we're going from six sprints to three, which is huge. That's cutting it in half. My clients are getting their messaging done quicker than doing it by hand or having me do it."

HOW THE TWO WEEKS ACTUALLY FEEL

A combination of async trainings and live build labs, designed so you get everything done on your own timeline. Week 1 trainings are ready before Week 1 starts, so go at your pace. Live labs are recorded with replays, you can submit questions even if you can't make a session and async support runs the entire time. Built for real schedules, including summer ones.

Meet your build team

We built a bot squad to help you build your bot squad.

Because, of course we did.

The Organizer bot avatar

The Organizer

Gets every piece of your program into one tidy place and tells you exactly what's missing. The colleague with the label maker.

The Interpreter bot avatar

The Interpreter

Reads your current setup (GPTs, Claude skills, folders of chaos) and translates it all so your new squad on wAIv understands every word.

IP Mapper bot avatar

IP Mapper

Turns your materials into your Program Knowledge Map: your entire methodology, documented. The single source of truth your whole squad runs on.

Squad Architect bot avatar

Squad Architect

Designs your AI org chart and recommends your structure. Politely talks you out of building 20 bots when 4 will do.

Bot Builder bot avatar

Bot Builder

Produces your complete Build Kit: bot specs, knowledge plans, a migration plan for your existing tools and a full testing package.

Client Experience Mapper bot avatar

Client Experience Mapper

Designs what it actually feels like for a client to move through your squad, from hello to done.

Sales Messaging Bot avatar

Sales Messaging Bot

Translates what you built into the words that sell it. Your launch copy, in your voice, about your program.

You'll learn how bot squads work by living inside one. By graduation you won't just have a squad. You'll know exactly how to build the next one.

The deliverables

What you walk away with

  • A live, subscribable bot squad on wAIv, built from your actual program
  • Your Program Knowledge Map: your methodology, organized and documented (this outlives any platform, including ours)
  • The Bot Squad Build Kit: specs, knowledge plans, migration plans and a full testing package
  • A client experience you've personally tested as your own first subscriber
  • Access and payment set up, connected to Stripe or your existing checkout
  • Launch messaging for your next enrolment
  • 3 months of your wAIv Creator account included ($387 value)
  • Bi-weekly office hours and async community support through October
  • A few surprise visibility and support bonuses we're keeping under wraps until you're inside (we're very excited about these and very bad at keeping secrets, so enrol quickly)

"My clients are constantly surprised at the quality of the output they get. Someone submitted a first draft of their micro stories and since they were already at a solid start, I was able to get more granular and make the smaller changes that make a bigger impact in how the message would be received. That's a completely different level of feedback than I could give before."

Who's in the room

Taught live by both founders of wAIv

It started with one nerdy coffee chat. Less than a year later, wAIv is the infrastructure we wished existed. Bootcamp is the two of us in the room while you build on it.

Andrew, technical co-founder of wAIv

Andrew

The technical co-founder who builds wAIv daily. During Bootcamp, the person answering your technical questions is literally the person who wrote the code.

Kelly Sinclair, co-founder of wAIv

Kelly Sinclair

15+ years in brand strategy and communications before co-founding the platform. She's been exactly where you are: a methodology that worked, scattered across tools that didn't talk to each other.

Splash, the wAIv platform expert

And between labs you've got Splash, our resident platform expert. She never sleeps and never makes you feel silly for asking.

Fit check

Is this your build?

You're ready for this if:

  • You have a framework, course, program or method your clients pay for
  • You have a real audience or client base
  • You've already experimented with AI (custom GPTs, Claude projects, prompt workflows all count)
  • You've clocked that AI commoditized information and your delivery needs to evolve
  • You want your IP protected and your client experience under your brand
  • You have a fall launch or client rollout on the horizon
  • You're willing to test with real users

This isn't for you if:

  • You're brand new to AI and need basic orientation first
  • You don't yet have an offer or methodology
  • You want fully done-for-you with zero participation
  • You're casually window shopping (no shame, come back when it's real)

If you nodded along to at least five of those first seven points, you're exactly who this was built for. This is not a beginner AI course. It's a build sprint for experts who already see where this is going.

"I would stop using FormWise and Rad Genius because now wAIv does those things. I don't need that software anymore. What I was stitching together manually is now one connected system, under my brand."

Our promise

The Build With Confidence promise

No refunds on this one, and here's why we can say that plainly: you have direct access to both founders for the entire program, plus support through October. We're in the room until you have a working squad and the skill to build the next one.

And that skill travels. Squad architecture, IP mapping and bot design will serve you on any AI platform you ever use, whether or not wAIv stays in your stack long term. We're confident enough in the platform to teach you skills that don't require it.

Questions

Asked and answered

I don't have time this summer.

The program is a mix of async trainings (ready ahead of each week, watch on your schedule) and five live labs (replays included, questions welcome even when you can't attend). The building happens on your timeline with support always available. Most people spend a couple of focused hours a day for two weeks. Then August is for light testing and September is for launching like a person who planned ahead.

I'm not technical enough.

You don't need to become technical. You need to know your methodology, and you already do. Both founders are live with you twice a week, your Creator Build Squad guides every step and Splash covers everything in between, at any hour, with infinite patience.

I already have custom GPTs.

Then you're ahead, again. The Organizer gathers everything you've built, the Interpreter translates it for your new squad and your Build Kit includes a migration plan that tells you exactly what to keep, merge or retire. Existing bots are a head start, not homework.

Can't I just keep using ChatGPT?

For experimenting? Absolutely. But once your AI tool is part of your paid offer, you need workflow, access control, IP protection and a client experience you can stand behind. And your clients shouldn't need a ChatGPT account to use something they bought from you. (Worth repeating. We'll keep repeating it.)

What if the output isn't perfect?

The goal isn't perfect AI. It's a structured, testable squad that reflects your methodology and improves with real use. You graduate with a full testing package, not crossed fingers.

What are the ongoing costs?

Your enrolment includes 3 months of your wAIv Creator account. Details on continuing will be shared inside the program. Ongoing access starts at $129/month, and your clients never need their own subscription to use what you build.

What if I fall behind?

Replays, question submissions, open tech Q&A in the final labs, then bi-weekly office hours and async community support through October. The pace is designed for momentum. The support is designed for completion.

Last thing

You saw this coming before most of your industry did. Now finish the thought.

AI commoditized the information. It can't commoditize you. Expert-backed AI, your method delivering real results for your clients, is where online education is going, and the infrastructure finally exists.

Twenty creators. Two weeks. One live, sellable bot squad each. A September that organizes itself.

"We built wAIv because the infrastructure for experts like you didn't exist. This cohort is small on purpose. We'll know your name, your framework and your squad by Day 2. See you in July." Kelly and Andrew, founders of wAIv
